2. Products

AuDHDDesign sells digital printable products, digital templates, and downloadable support tools.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, all products are digital downloads only. No physical product will be shipped.

Product images, mockups, and photographs are used to show how the product may look when printed or used. The final result may vary depending on your printer, paper, screen settings, software, and personal setup.

3. Digital downloads and access

After checkout, your purchased files will be made available through the checkout confirmation, order email, and/or your customer account.

Please download and save your files after purchase. If you have trouble accessing your files, contact me and I will do my best to help.

4. Personal use licence

Your purchase gives you a personal-use licence.

You may:

• download the files for your own personal use;
• print the files for your own use;
• use the files digitally for your own personal support, where applicable.

You may not:

• resell, redistribute, share, upload, or give away the files;
• claim the files or designs as your own;
• sell printed versions of the files;
• use the files as part of a commercial product, course, membership, template pack, or digital bundle;
• copy the designs, wording, layouts, or illustrations for resale or redistribution.

If you want to use a product in a professional, classroom, coaching, therapy, or group setting, I would be honored, but please contact me first for permission or licensing options.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the website and may include or exclude VAT depending on your location and the way taxes are displayed at checkout.

Payment is handled securely through the available payment providers on the website. I do not directly store your full payment card details.

Available payment methods may include but are not limited to iDEAL / PayPal / credit card / debit card / other payment provider.

6. Refunds and withdrawal rights for digital products

Because the products are digital downloads with instant access, orders are generally non-refundable once the files have been made available.

Before completing your order, you may be asked to confirm that you agree to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content is supplied.

Refunds are not normally offered for:

• changing your mind after purchase;
• buying the wrong product by mistake;
• not having the software, printer, or device needed to use the files;
• differences in colour, print quality, or display caused by your device, printer, or paper;
• not reading the product description before purchase.

However, please contact me if:

• you accidentally purchased the same product twice;
• you cannot access your files;
• the wrong file was supplied;
• there is a technical issue with the file itself.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any legal rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

7. No medical, therapeutic, or professional advice

The products on this website are practical support tools and self-support printables. They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or professional advice.

They are not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, therapy, crisis support, or professional care.

If you are in crisis, unsafe, or need urgent support, please contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

8. Neurodivergent support tools

Many products are designed with ADHD, autism, AuDHD, executive dysfunction, sensory overwhelm, emotional regulation, stuck days, and low-energy moments in mind.

Everyone’s needs are different. I cannot guarantee that a product will work for every person or every situation. Please use the tools in a way that feels safe, realistic, and appropriate for you.

9. Accounts

You may be able to create an account to view your orders, downloads, and account details.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, please contact me.

10. Newsletter and emails

If you choose to sign up for the newsletter, you may receive emails about free resources, product updates, shop news, and related content.

Newsletter signup is optional. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email.

Order-related emails, such as purchase confirmations and download information, are transactional emails and may still be sent even if you are not subscribed to the newsletter.

11. Website availability

I try to keep the website available and working properly, but I cannot guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

I may update, change, pause, or remove parts of the website or product catalogue at any time.

12. Intellectual property

All products, designs, text, images, branding, layouts, illustrations, and downloadable files on this website are owned by AuDHDDesign unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, resell, redistribute, or use them commercially without written permission.
