Welcome to AuDHDDesign. These Terms & Conditions explain how purchases, downloads, shipping, returns, website use, and product use work.
By using this website or placing an order through www.audhddesign.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions do not limit any legal rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

2. Products
AuDHDDesign sells digital products and may also sell physical products.
Digital products may include printable files, digital planners, templates, PDFs, Canva templates, Notion templates, or other downloadable support tools.
Physical products may include printed planners, laminated cards, physical support tools, or other paper-based products.
Each product page will state whether the item is:
- a digital download;
- a physical product shipped to you; or
- a product that includes both digital and physical elements.
Please read the product page carefully before placing your order so you know what type of product you are buying.
3. Product descriptions, images, and small variations
I try to describe and show each product as clearly and accurately as possible.
Product images, mockups, photographs, screenshots, and examples are used to show how the product may look when printed, shipped, downloaded, opened, or used.
The final result may vary depending on the product type.
For digital products, results may vary depending on your printer, paper, ink, colour profiles, screen settings, software, device, app, account, or personal setup.
For physical products, small variations in cutting, binding, lamination, colour, finish, paper, packaging, or handmade/small-batch production may occur.
These small variations do not usually make the product defective, as long as the product still matches the description and can be used as intended.
4. Digital downloads and digital access
Digital-only products are not shipped by post.
After checkout, your purchased digital files may be made available through the checkout confirmation, order email, customer account, download page, template link, or another electronic delivery method.
Please download and save your files after purchase where applicable.
If you have trouble accessing your files, please contact me and I will do my best to help.

5. Physical products and shipping
Physical products are processed, packed, and shipped according to the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Processing times, shipping costs, delivery estimates, tracking information, incorrect addresses, refused parcels, uncollected parcels, lost parcels, damaged parcels, customs fees, and international delivery information are explained in that policy.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless the product page or checkout clearly states that shipping is included.
Digital-only products are not shipped by post and are delivered electronically.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the website and may include or exclude VAT depending on your location, the product type, and the way taxes are displayed at checkout.
The total price, including any available shipping costs, taxes, or extra charges shown by the website, will be displayed before you complete your order.
Payment is handled securely through the available payment providers on the website. I do not directly store your full payment card details.
Available payment methods may include, but are not limited to, iDEAL, PayPal, credit card, debit card, or other payment providers.
An order is only confirmed once payment has been completed or accepted.
7. Customs, import duties, taxes, and local fees
For orders outside the Netherlands, your country may charge import duties, taxes, customs fees, postal handling fees, or other local charges.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping price unless clearly stated otherwise.
You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, postal handling fees, or other local charges charged by your country.

8. Returns, cancellations, withdrawal rights, and refunds
Returns, cancellations, withdrawal rights, refunds, damaged products, incorrect products, and digital download rules are explained in the Returns, Cancellations & Digital Downloads Policy.
For physical products, consumers usually have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product. To use this right, you must clearly notify AuDHDDesign within the legal withdrawal period and follow the return instructions in the Returns, Cancellations & Digital Downloads Policy.
Refusing a parcel, not collecting a parcel, or providing an incorrect or incomplete address is not the same as making a proper return under the right of withdrawal.
For digital products, access may begin immediately or shortly after purchase. Before completing your order, you may be asked to confirm that you agree to immediate access to the digital content and that you understand you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content is supplied, downloaded, opened, or accessed.
Once digital content has been supplied, downloaded, opened, or accessed after your consent, digital product orders are generally non-refundable.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any legal rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
9. Customer responsibility
You are responsible for providing complete and correct order information, including your name, email address, billing details, and shipping address where applicable.
AuDHDDesign is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, non-collection of a parcel, failure to follow carrier instructions, or failure to pay local customs/import fees, unless the issue was caused by an error by AuDHDDesign.
If you notice an error in your order details, please contact me as soon as possible. I can only make changes if the order has not yet been processed, packed, labelled, dispatched, supplied, downloaded, or accessed.
10. Personal use licence
Your purchase gives you a personal-use licence unless the product page clearly states otherwise.
You may:
- download the files for your own personal use;
- print the files for your own personal use;
- use the files digitally for your own personal support, where applicable;
- use physical products you purchased for your own personal support.
You may not:
- resell, redistribute, share, upload, or give away the files;
- claim the files, products, designs, wording, layouts, or illustrations as your own;
- sell printed versions of the digital files;
- copy physical products for resale or redistribution;
- use the files or products as part of a commercial product, course, membership, template pack, digital bundle, or paid service;
- copy the designs, wording, layouts, illustrations, product structure, or product concept for resale or redistribution.
If you want to use a product in a professional, classroom, coaching, therapy, workplace, or group setting, please contact me first for permission or licensing options.
11. Intellectual property
All products, designs, text, images, branding, layouts, illustrations, downloadable files, templates, product concepts, and other content on this website are owned by AuDHDDesign unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, resell, redistribute, upload, share, or use them commercially without written permission.
Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright, intellectual property rights, design rights, brand rights, or ownership of the product content to you.
12. No medical, therapeutic, or professional advice
The products and content on this website are practical support tools and self-support resources.
They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or professional advice.
They are not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, therapy, crisis support, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or professional support.
If you are in crisis, unsafe, or need urgent support, please contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
13. Neurodivergent support tools
Many products are designed with ADHD, autism, AuDHD, executive dysfunction, sensory overwhelm, emotional regulation, stuck days, and low-energy moments in mind.
Everyone’s needs are different. I cannot guarantee that a product will work for every person, every home, every routine, every support need, or every situation.
Please use the tools in a way that feels safe, realistic, and appropriate for you.
14. Physical product safety
Physical products are intended to be used as planning, organisation, communication, or self-support tools.
Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, physical products are intended for adult use and are not toys.
Keep small parts, rings, magnets, loose cards, packaging, laminated pieces, or other small components away from young children and pets.
Use products only as described on the product page and in any included instructions or safety notes.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact me as explained in the Returns, Cancellations & Digital Downloads Policy and the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
15. Accounts
You may be able to create an account to view your orders, downloads, and account details.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, please contact me.
16. Newsletter and emails
If you choose to sign up for the newsletter, you may receive emails about free resources, product updates, shop news, offers, and related content.
Newsletter signup is optional. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email.
Order-related emails, such as purchase confirmations, download information, shipping updates, account emails, and customer service messages, are transactional emails and may still be sent even if you are not subscribed to the newsletter.
17. Privacy and cookies
Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

By using the website, placing an order, creating an account, signing up for the newsletter, or contacting AuDHDDesign, you may provide personal information needed to process your request, order, download, shipment, return, refund, account, or communication.

I am not responsible for the content, policies, availability, errors, decisions, delays, or practices of third-party websites or services.

I try to keep the website available and working properly, but I cannot guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
I may update, change, pause, or remove parts of the website, product catalogue, product descriptions, prices, images, files, links, or content at any time.
I may also correct errors, update product information, or change product availability where needed.

If you are a consumer, this does not limit any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence.
