This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases from AuDHDDesign.
1. Digital products only
Unless clearly stated otherwise, products sold on this website are digital downloads.
No physical product will be shipped.
After purchase, your files will be made available through the checkout confirmation, order email, and/or your customer account.
2. No refunds after digital access
Because digital products are available immediately after checkout, orders are generally non-refundable once the files have been made available or downloaded.
Before completing your order, you may be asked to confirm that you agree to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content is supplied.
3. Refunds are not normally offered for
Refunds are not normally offered for:
- changing your mind after purchase;
- buying the wrong product;
- not reading the product description before purchase;
- not having the required software, printer, device, or app to use the files;
- difficulty printing caused by printer settings, paper, ink, or device issues;
- colour differences between screen and print;
- expecting a physical product when the listing states that it is a digital download;
- deciding the product is not the right fit after accessing the files.
4. Please contact me if something is wrong
I still want you to be able to access what you purchased.
Please contact me if:
- you cannot download your files;
- the download link does not work;
- the wrong file was supplied;
- a file is damaged or technically unusable;
- you accidentally purchased the same product twice;
- there is another clear technical issue with your order.
In these cases, I may offer a replacement file, help with access, or consider a refund depending on the situation.
5. Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact me as soon as possible with both order numbers.
Duplicate purchase refunds may be considered if the duplicate order can be verified.
6. Product compatibility
Product descriptions will usually state the file type, size, and intended use.
Please check the product description before purchasing to make sure the product fits your needs, device, printer, software, and intended use.
7. Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
